Free Standard Shipping (Estimated 7-15 Business Days): 

This option is provided at no cost to you if your order amount is £99 or more. Please note that the estimated delivery time is based on typical shipping conditions and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

UPS Expedited Shipping (Estimated 3-7 Business Days):

For customers who require faster delivery, we offer UPS Expedited Shipping at an additional cost.

Standard Shipping:

This option is provided to you if your order amount is less than £99.

 

Shipping Timeframes:

  • The estimated delivery timeframes are provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or other issues that are beyond our control.

 

Refund Policy for Shipping Fees:

  • In the event of a delay in the estimated timeframe, we regret any inconvenience caused. However, we are unable to offer refunds for shipping fees as these charges are determined by the courier service and are non-refundable to us.

 

Fraudulent Orders:

If your order pops up as fraudulent. we won't ship the order until verification is made. In some cases, you'll have to place the order again after getting the refund. 

If the address pops up as a remote area, the shipping charges will be paid by the customer. The request invoice will be sent to the customer and after it's cleared, the fulfillment will be carried on. The customer has the option to claim a full refund which will be processed within 7 days. 

 

Important Info:

  • We ship our orders from the USA. We are only responsible to ship the package from the USA. At the arrival of the package to the customer's destination, we don't own any liability of Customs Duty (If applicable) on the shipped Items. It is to be paid by the customer.
  • The Products come with a universal adapter that can be plugged into any supply. However, the plug converter isn't included in the package. The customer is required to get the specific converter according to their needs. 
  • We are only responsible to ship your items from our side on time. If the item takes any longer in some cases we'll be happy to assist you regarding any queries regarding the package but don't own any liability if the package is held by the receiver's country and takes longer to process than actual delivery time.
